Victor S. Manganaro is the Communications, Media and Social Media Outreach Program Manager and Senior Technical Writer at Technology Concepts Group International, LLC. He performs program and project planning and strategy development for social media outreach and IT resource materials creation; as well as, IT functions, software evaluation and  implementation and automated marketing campaign generation.

Victor leads the Communication direction essential in telling TCGi’s story which includes providing informational content and getting the message out through: white papers, e-Books, PowerPoint presentations, executive summaries, surveys,  blog articles, op-eds, proposal responses, multimedia and all forms of technical writing development. He is also the editor of the TCGI’s e-Newsletter, Tech Concepts.

He is a graduate of NYU Polytechnic School of Engineering with a Bachelors’ Degree in Electrical Engineering (Major: Computer Engineering). He has more than 20 years of experience in product & system development, IT consulting, telecommunications, training & development and technical documentation. He is a skilled presentation and training facilitator and has developed an innovative communication workshop which he facilitates on an ongoing basis at various business, educational and professional organizations throughout New Jersey.

Victor has a strong belief in Giving Back  has also been involved with charities, faith-based organizations and non-profits for the past 20 years, including 14 years at a multiple sclerosis fundraising affiliate helping to raise $6 million, and implementing unique audience engagement initiatives to increase member involvement.
